UX project showcase
Money saving assistant- Graduation project
The challenge was to explore how to assist students in saving money for vacations. I developed an application for students, serving as a personalized money-saving assistant that operates through tailored reminders based on vacation preferences. I conducted user research, iterated through three rounds of functional and visual prototypes, and performed prototype testing sessions. A data-driven loop with a recommendation system was implemented, allowing users to rate reminders for continuous improvement.
UX designer intern at "Pixel Federation"
As a UX designer intern at Pixel Federation, my task was to address the challenge of enhancing player retention in a mobile game. I led user interview sessions and playtests to analyze and identify areas for improvement in UI and UX. I converted insights into design solutions, conducted creative sessions, and presented results to the team. Redesigns were implemented and tested with the users to identify their success.
Sogeti ProjectB 2020 award,
1st place winner
We worked with a team while developing a technology-driven concept to enhance the lives of individuals with dementia at the elderly home in Het Zamen. We did user research and conducted interviews with the stakeholders—the inhabitants and the caretakers of the elderly home. We gathered insights and converted them into a concept of how technology might facilitate the quality of life when living with dementia. Our solution was recognized as the best in 2020, taking first place in Sogeti’s annual contest.
Published research paper at the International Conference on Teaching, Learning, and E-learning 2020
As a part of the student team, I contributed to a research paper focused on enhancing the quality of online collaborative learning for software engineering students. We looked into things like online learning environments, UML diagram applications, and cooperative learning approaches. Our article was published at an international conference, which was a great achievement for our student team.

Developing startup concept
I collaborated in creating a concept for a fictional betting platform, including market analysis, stakeholder engagement, user research, and business model development. I designed visuals for both mobile and web applications to address the need for novice-friendly betting platforms in the Latvian market.
De-icing stakeholder platform prototyping
The project addressed the need for an efficient communication tool in the de-icing process for Delft municipality. With a team of students, we conducted user research, conducted interviews with the relevant stakeholders, and transformed the insights into design solutions. We developed a prototype of a platform to enhance communication among stakeholders, aiming to reduce errors and improve overall de-icing efficiency.
